“If your airgun needs repair – DO NOT DISASSEMBLE IT! Your airgun requires special tools and fixtures to repair it.  Any disassembly or modification not performed by a Crosman Authorized Service Center will void your warranty.”

Include with your product,  a copy of your receipt and a brief description of the problem. Be sure to indicate your name, mailing address, email address and telephone number. Allow 2-4 weeks for repairs. We recommend you use a method of shipping that provides you with a tracking number and insurance options.
